Are payment plans accepted?

Yes! If you would prefer to pay through a plan, after your 30% deposit is confirmed the remaining payment can be split up as you wish.

Am I able to add on to my package once confirmed?

Absolutely, if once you get closer to planning your details, we can work through any additional hours needed or adding on a second shooter etc. if one is not included.

When will we start planning the day of details?

About 1.5 months out from your wedding or session date (unless confirmed sooner in), Dani will connect with you and share a pre-wedding questionnaire to better understand the details of your day. At this point, Dani will also connect with your planner to ensure all timelines are cohesive with photography needs.

If I’m planning a destination wedding are there any extra travel fees? 

Yes, if your session or wedding is outside of the Chicago or Minneapolis area, there will be added cost for travel dependent on location of your event/session (ie. flight coverage, hotel stay, car rental etc.) Dani will always be transparent with any additional fees involved in your booking. 

If I’m planning a family session, should I account for any additional time with kids? 

It is certainly not required, but highly recommended to consider additional time with kids 5 and younger. That being said, you know your kiddos attention span best 🙂

How long does it take to get my gallery delivered? 

Gallery delivery will depend on the type of session. Dani’s wedding delivery will span between 6-8 weeks on average, but may require more time if booked mid-busy season. Editorial and family sessions typically deliver 4-6 weeks post session. Sneak peeks are always delivered 3-4 days prior to your session. All timing is subject to change based on circumstance for your session. 

How far in advance should I book with you for wedding coverage?

Dani recommends booking as soon as you have confirmation of your venue and date. Details can definitely be discussed beforehand, but a date will not be guaranteed until a deposit is made. Dani will always honor a first come first serve basis and reach out if your date is a popular request without deposit yet made. 

I am not great with being in front of the camera, how do you make sure photos don’t come out awkward?

Dani always have your best interest in mind and will work with you to feel the most comfortable throughout your wedding day or session type. She’s here to help you feel the most authentically you during your time and will work with you along the way to ensure the end result meets your vision as best as possible.
